Staff IT Product Owner

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Ensuring user stories are groomed and ready for the development team
Gathers requirements, manages, and prioritizes the backlog
Works closely with Product Management to build differentiation strategy
Communicates any issues or concerns to ensure end deliverables are completed on time
Advocates for the customer on behalf of the development team
Prioritizes bug and defect resolution within sprints
Accepts stories alongside embedded testers based on defined acceptance criteria
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
Qualifications:
6-8+ years of experience of being a Product Owner / Business Analyst
Experience with Agile software development methodologies, Scrum is a plus
Excellent communication, customer management, and project management skills
Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of delivering customer-driven functionality
Ability to influence stakeholders when determining viable solutions
Technical product knowledge and domain expertise working with product or service catalog solutions at scale
High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
