Office Coordinator





" Assist our Office Coordinator and Receptionist on site as needed Reception coverage, Event planning, coordinating and Concierge support " Overseeing the day to day office " Amenity support (meetings, events, team building exercises) " AV set up support for meetings " Office supply ordering, stocking " Coffee/Kitchen amenity stocking & support " Space Management in the Serraview system " Reception functions in the absence of receptionist (greeting visitors, answering phones, badging etc.) " SharePoint Management " Vendor Management support (cleaning, plants, repairs as needed) " Communicating with Landlord as it pertains to our office " Submitting work orders for office repairs " Invoicing for office services " New hire onboarding support (on site and virtual) " General (other) office related support " Assisting the Regional Office Manager as needed for the Boston Office
