This is a Learning Programs Manager, Senior position and requires someone who has design of technical content, establishing program scope to create/implement deliverable timelines, learning socialization, and creation/implementation . As a Learning Programs Manager, Senior your roles and responsibilities will include:

Assess learning needs/gaps in order to execute strategy supporting the technical learning needs of the EO+T organization through both internally built and externally curated learning content

Strategize, implement and measure multi-faceted learning programs that leverage an innovative and blended learning approaches

Partner with SMEs and leadership to develop custom learning plans and programs to support the unique needs of the organization

Your Impact:

Instructional design of technical content for eLearning, Instructor-led Training, and blended learning experiences

Creates and implements learning program strategy and frameworks to support a workforce that can carry out key technical requirements per the EO+T strategy

Applies knowledge of IT technical learning topics, technologies, and emerging trends to learning program development

Analyzes and compiles raw data to derive insights and create visuals, using Excel and/or Tableau

Crafts and implements metrics strategy using Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation model, including use of KPIs and survey data

Facilitation of technical skill discussions with SMEs to develop learning content and curriculums

Builds and edit basic digital pages (eg. SharePoint) to drive engagement of learning programs


Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Learning Programs Manager, Senior who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Learning Programs Manager, Senior would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:


Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.

3+ years experience in a training or learning development role

Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate complex information conceptually and clearly to leaders and stakeholders

Strong organization and process skills including analysis, planning and execution

Keys to Success in this Role:

Proven experience in scoping and scaling learning programs to create/execute deliverable timelines on a timely schedule

Knowledge of learning management systems architecture and functionality to drive engagement of learning programs

Knowledge and application of adult learning principles

Works under limited direction and independently determines/develops approach to solutions

Uses sound judgement to identify/mitigate risks (including knowing when to seek guidance from leadership)

Highly motivated and upbeat self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; proven experience operating at high standards of quality and accuracy within a fast-paced changing environment, including the ability to effectively and independently lead multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent visual design, verbal, and written communication skills, including ability to facilitate complex/technical subject matter discussions and ability to draft/implement programmatic communication plans

Excellent communication, leadership and relationship management skills, that enable partnering with and influencing key partners in an open, collaborative environment at all levels in an organization

Experience facilitating adaptive change to meet the demands of a critical and complex division of the enterprise, while handling multiple initiatives and time sensitive processes simultaneously

Minimum Education: Bachelor s, Master s or Doctorate in Computer Science or Engineering
