Office Coordinator

Nesco Resource company is now hiring for an Office Coordinator position at a facility in Aiken, SC. Apply Now!



Responsibilities:



Lead and participate in employee engagement activities



Assist leadership team with travel, expense reports, presentations and scheduling



Manage incoming mail, supplies and purchase requisitions



Manage and route phone calls appropriately



Requirements: 



Previous Office Administrative experience



Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Office Administration; or sub 10 years of experience



Experience with MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word



Experience with Concur and SAP preferred



Must have the ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)



Pay:



Starting at $24.00 per hour.



Benefits including 401k, healthcare, dental, and vision.



Shift:



Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
