We perform a full financial due diligence of the Company with the primary purpose of normalizing earnings (EBITDA) on a go-forward basis.
We also normalize net working capital.- Perform buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for clients and target companies across multiple industries including manufacturing and distribution, private equity group or company looking to acquire another company or an investment bank/company looking to sell their company or acquire financing, construction, professional services, healthcare, and food and alcohol distributors.- Prepare various analyses, review financial records, and conduct interviews with client and target management to analyze quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and other financial results.- Assist in identifying issues and providing strategies to aid clients with strategic decisions, purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, or deal termination.Company OverviewYour Journey at Crowe Starts Here:At Crowe, you have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions to today’s complex business issues.

Come grow with us QualificationsCandidates must have 3 to 5 years of experience in Assurance (Audit) or Transaction Services consulting in a CPA firm or related environment.
Experience working on manufacturing and distribution clients is desired.Accounting undergraduate degree required.CPA desired, or at least show progress toward CPA certificate.Must be willing to travel up to 35%.Good client service experience requiredABOUT THE TEAM:Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation and dispute resolution consulting and forensic investigation services.
AS provides strategic vision and training to Crowe International's Global Corporate Advisors (GCA), comprised of corporate finance professionals from independent Crowe Global member firms.
AS team members collaborate with other Crowe practices on solutions for a broad range industries from financial institutions to manufacturing and beyond.
