Learning & Development Program Senior Analyst

Description:



Major Global Bank works to drive business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them. The BCMA Learning Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of global and North American BCMA learning programs. This role works closely with Learning Advisors, HR and Business Leadership to ensure that our development initiatives are coordinated, implemented, marketed, and administered successfully.



BCMA Learning Specialist:



• Partner with our BCMA Learning Advisors to ensure the successful execution of our core global and regional learning programs for Associates, Analysts, and VP-level talent



• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of the BCMA New VP Development and 2022 Associate Promote programs; assist team with management of content, project plan, and logistical coordination



• Responsible for managing assigned course components, including pre-work, internal and vendor-led learning experiences, content updates, and evaluation/assessment of the program.



• Liaise with Program Manager and HR Advisors on learner nominations and enrollments for programs, tracking and communication, and programmatic changes.



• Develop and manage training program communications for participants and internal stakeholders, including drafting communications and creating overviews and metrics for Business and HR leaders



• Manage and collaborate with vendors to ensure effective course delivery



• Work closely with our global LMS Administrator to help build and automate our global BCMA learning architecture



• Assist broader team with process innovation, learner-centric strategy, and learning metric standards



• Responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of program budgets and invoices in partnership with L&D Director to ensure accurate budget management



Qualifications:



QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:



• Undergraduate degree required; Master's Degree in Business, Learning and Development preferred, Organizational Development, Human Resources, a plus



• Financial industry, corporate or investment banking knowledge and experience preferred



SKILLS/ KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:



• Strong organizational and project management skills



• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project deliverable



• Ability to communicate and collaborate with various constituents including senior management, vendors, internal partners, and learners



• Learning technology and Management Systems experience preferred



• Ability to work independently



• Excellent written and verbal communication skills



• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills



• Financial and/or accounting and budgeting skills a plus
