Aerospace Engineer (Modeling & Simulation)

THIS IS AN EXCITING DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH A FAST-GROWING AEROSPACE COMPANY PERFORMING GROUNDBREAKING WORK!LOCATION: DENVER, COPAY: $75,000-110,000 (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)



LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE



DESCRIPTION: Design and develop the simulation tools needed for the on-orbit servicing mission, including identification and selection of any required procurements. Deliver simulation capabilities across the satellite bus, flight software, and ground systems. Plan and execute integration and test activities. Support the program management team with the planning and management of the simulation capabilities. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the simulation capabilities, including user manuals and training materials. Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to design, develop, and successfully deliver products and services (as required). Apply technical knowledge to analyze, investigate, and resolve engineering problems. Collaborate with customer and supplier staff, and staff from other departments.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering (or related discipline) Experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements Experience in modeling and simulation Experience in matlab, simulink, etc. Experience in guidance, navigation, and controlWe reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
