Product Strategist, Network Communications

We are seeking an intellectually curious individual who will be our expert communicator responsible for delivering content associated with three well known debit network brands in the U.S. Payments industry:



*

Accel and STAR networks which support all debit/prepaid, ATM, and person to person real-time transactions.



*

MoneyPass network and the CardFree Cash product which provide surcharge-free cash access at over 70,000 ATMs nationwide.



The Sr. Product Communications Specialist will create and manage all messaging related to these networks owned and operated by Fiserv.



WHAT DOES A GREAT SR. PRODUCT COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST DO?

Communicates effectively across multiple levels within an organization.

Owns the design, planning and distribution of external client communications, supporting internal FAQ documents, technical bulletins, and marketing content.

Collaborates with others to create clear and succinct messaging that is understood by intended audiences.

AS A SR. PRODUCT COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST, YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO:



*

Owning the process to create the communications by utilizing project management skills.



*

Creating and delivering communications through various internal and external channels in the form of product releases, bulletins, documentation or system and operations updates.



*

Understanding and translating technical information into content for a range of audiences.



*

Collaborating across multiple groups to understand, interpret and concisely deliver requested content for products and services that are understood by all members and participants in the Fiserv Networks.



*

Learning more about the payments industry and its unique terminology.



*

Ensuring brand voice and messaging are consistent for the three Fiserv networks.



*

Owning the process to capture, manage and update client contact information with multiple sources of data and systems.



*

Working in collaboration with the communication distribution team to release messaging in a timely manner.



*

Managing internal and external website presence for presentation of key network documents.



*

Working with marketing groups to deliver brand messaging at the Fiserv corporate level.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:



*

Strong communication skills, both written and oral



*

Proven experience writing, editing and ensuring accurate distribution of information



*

Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy



*

Thorough and deadline-driven project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously



*

Analytical and able to interpret data that may be relevant for the communications



*

Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft 360 including SharePoint and Teams



PREFERRED:



*

Payments, Banking, or Financial Services/Technology industry experience



*

Specific knowledge of Fiserv networks
