Are you passionate about people and processes, a go-getter person who drives projects and engages people?

We are looking for a person who will oversee daily office operations and support our US team. You will be our go-to person for facilities-related needs, including operational services, vendor coordination, employee experience plan execution, and general workplace support. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact as you'll play a critical role in building the culture and day2day experience of our superb teammates.


As a member of an early stage start up you’ll be highly instrumental in laying the foundation of our team’s identity, processes, and culture. You’ll be working with the Team on site and global HR team members with the intention of building a stellar employee experience worldwide!

You’ll have End2End responsibility for the logistic and administrative day to day work of the office

You’ll take an active part in designing and executing new joiners onboarding process

You’ll work with the commercial team on managing marketing assets, promotional items , and supplies for local marketing conferences.

Serve as PA for the COO, setting up internal and external meetings

Manage the office budget

Plan and execute well being programs, social activities, and branding events

Be responsible for all travel and expenses arrangements

Act as the main focal point for vendors and service providers

Meet and greet visitors as the first point of contact in the business

Organize office operations and procedures


2-3 years of experience as an office manager/administrative, preferably in a startup environment

BA degree

Friendly, positive, and excellent communicator who is able to work effectively across the organization and enjoys creating memorable experiences for our team, visitors, and candidates

Independent, great at time management and a fast learner

Flexible and able to work in an early entrepreneurial environment

Always willing to 'roll up the sleeves' and do what it takes to get the job done

Experienced in Google for Work products, Microsoft Office, and email-related software

Organized and accurate, with the ability to multitask with amazing attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills
