Aon is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Radnor, PA
Job Responsibilities:
Distributes mail
Answers phones/takes messages as applicable, sometimes at reception
Create and maintain Distribution Groups
Schedules, and coordinates meetings, via WebEx Teams or in person securing room reservations and food ordering/delivery, if necessary
Administrative activities include email management, time recording, full calendar management, research, or other special projects
Coordinates complex meeting logistics on or off‑site; may include, but not limited to, budgeting, travel, room reservations, meeting room logistics and materials, and catering
Actively participates in leadership meetings for follow‑ups and note taking when applicable
Daily interaction with internal and external executive leaders as well as their EAs
Coordinates projects and works independently; seeks out answers to questions, takes initiative, leverages network of resources to solve problems
Helps others understand or attain support with technology or facility requirements
Provides backup assistance to other EAs as applicable
Ability to compose materials from rough notes or independent knowledge of circumstances
Maintains/updates/organizes categories and data within databases, OneNote, or SharePoint
Prepares and produces presentations and correspondence and related materials, including editing for grammar, punctuation, and clarity
Submits printing requests for meetings and other needs as necessary; ensures accuracy of printed materials before distribution
Maintains a flexible approach and attitude toward assisting others; leads by example, coaches, and mentors AAs
Develops and maintains a sound knowledge of internal network and resources
Attends and participates in all AOM focused workshops, seminars, and/or town halls
Attends business town halls
Expert‑level knowledge of Aon brand identity
Provides tremendous leadership and effectively partners with all colleagues
Acts as liaison between the executive and his or her colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
Seeks additional responsibilities
Acts as a key resource for the team (i.e., independently seeks out answers to questions, takes initiative, leverages network of resources to solve problems, and proactively cascades knowledge to peer network)
Strategic, solves problems, and establishes procedures that result in process improvements
Records time accurately and submits according to corporate guidelines
Self‑directed prioritization of work and projects; demonstrates measurable progress through open communication to leaders and team members consistently and with highest quality
Acts as a subject matter expert for internal tools and resources
Create and maintain SharePoint sites/OneDrive
OneNote
Assists AOMs with special workstreams/goals
Demonstrates leadership by contributing agenda topics and openly participating in meetings or other forums

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
6+ years of Senior Administrative Assistant experience
Advanced‑level computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and other programs as applicable
Displays excellent customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail
Superior writing skills—grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Works independently with a variety of individuals and teams
Demonstrates outstanding organizational and management skills
Models professional appearance and demeanor in a business casual environment
Demonstrates discretion on highly confidential matters
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Suggests approaches for resolving problems
Maintains a high level of confidentiality
Self‑motivated team player with ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Ability to effectively interact with clients and team members, maintaining professionalism at all times
Ability to work in a high‑paced, demanding environment
