Packaging Lab Tech
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
"Operate and maintain analytical bench test equipment for packaging; e.g. MagnaMike, Topload, Vacuum, Scorebend, Keyence, dimensional analysis, etc.
"Collect, enter, analyze, and summarize test data as it relates to analytical and dimensional packaging tests.
"Perform analysis according to a plan of control and/or material non-conformities. Document findings, analyze the trends, and put together a report with the findings.
"Coordinate all sample shipments of materials, white mass, etc. to external sites.
Requirements:
"Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
"Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
"The ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and quickly resolve complicated quality problems with little initial information or direction and with varying degrees of ambiguity.
"The ability to multitask and manage priorities with allocating time to long-term, quality continuous improvement projects.
"Strong self-management skills and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
"Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed to support 7-day per week, 24-hour per day production facilities. Work schedules could include occasional off-shift or weekend work.
