Our Palm Springs office is looking for a professional Broker Associate to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Broker Associate's responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
Evaluate the clients' desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
Requirements
Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
Consultant approach to business
Empathy for others
Trustworthy and results-driven
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be 18+
