About the Position:

Goal Properties (“GOAL”) is a single family rental residential property manager. We offer home rentals primarily to middle income households in multiple markets across the United States. We currently have an opening for a Property Manager in Dallas,TX. We are seeking a Property Manager who can quickly understand policies, processes and procedures and implement in the field. The local property management team is responsible for all aspects of the management of homes within the assigned market.



The Property Manager must be proficient in brokerage, property management operations and have a strong financial acumen. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills, be exceedingly well organized and be a team player. As a first and ongoing point of contact, the Property Manager must represent the company in a professional manner, communicate effectively with multiple internal and external clients, and work to build relationships with community officials, residents, real estate professionals and service providers.

Responsibilities will include; however, not limited to the following:



Provide daily management over an assigned area of single-family rental homes and the residents who occupy them



Responsible for managing revenue and expenses to include occupancy, leasing, renewals, turn-overs, and delinquencies



Responsible to complete all needed property inspections, reporting, and marketing, as needed



Produces and runs daily and weekly reports and provide them to management



Ensures resident information is recorded accurately and timely in accordance with company policy, processes, and procedures



Provide Brand awareness to the community by attending meetings, community events, and other such proceedings



Builds rapport with employees, customers, and clients while maintaining professionalism and friendliness



Special Projects as required



Qualifications and Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:



Texas real estate license is required



Minimum of 2 years property management experience



High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required



Proven computer skills, proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) comfortable using an IPAD and smart phone, proficient in word processing and internet software. Must be able to adapt to innovative technology



Excellent written and verbal communication skills



Fluent in English speech and comprehension required, Spanish speech and comprehension a plus



Propertyware experience a plus



Other Requirements:



Valid state driver’s license



Reliable transportation
