THE ROLE



Reporting to the Supply Chain Product Life Cycle Manager, the Product Life Cycle Coordinator will ensure successful new product launches from U.S. Distribution Centers as well as limiting obsolescence costs. You will work with the business groups and Project Managers to understand and define project needs. You will coordinate actions with all major Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure goals can be met.



Some of your specific tasks will include (but will not be limited to):



* Represent Supply Chain in new product meetings led by the NPI (New Products Introduction) Group.

* Work with the business teams to gather product requirements (local NPI requests) and advise the business on feasible solutions and risks.

* Follow-up progress on new product readiness. Develop and/or analyze operational KPIs, raise alerts if needed. This will incorporate quality validation checks of forecasts, planning, production, distribution keys, packaging, Distribution Center readiness, bills of material, product pricing, etc.

* Establish timelines and risks, then recommend solutions to mitigate these risks by working with the supply chain team. Report the estimated timelines provided for these tasks and deviations from the original estimates.



THE REQUIREMENTS To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Product Lifecycle Coordinator opportunity you will have:



* A bachelors degree in Supply Chain or Data Analysis, or at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Finance

* Optical knowledge is a strong plus

* Advanced ability with Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Microsoft Access

* Experience with other related platforms and tools, such as Power BI, would be helpful

* Experience with Oracle or SAP

* Strong communication skills, verbal and written

* Comfort working in a fast-moving and complex environment

* Excellent organization skills and strong priority management ability
