People Support Coordinator

Salad and Go is seeking a People Support Coordinator. The People Support Coordinator will work cross-functionally with other People functions and be responsible for ensuring accurate employee data entry/record keeping, managing unemployment, workers compensation, new hire onboarding and team member (employee) relations. The individual in this position must have an outgoing, high energy personality, amazing attention to detail, and the ability to share our passion for our mission and the growth of the company.



Primary Responsibilities:



Initial point of contact for all people support, payroll and benefit related inquiries.



Accurately verifies, processes and inputs data into the human capital management (HCM) system as well as other systems/spreadsheets for all team member-related data such as new hire, I-9 and E-Verify, termination, raise requests and other changes, employee injury reports, follows up if information is missing, and ensures proper data transfer between systems.



Provides support in various People Service areas which may include new hire onboarding and assimilation, safety compliance and monitoring, performance and talent management programs deployment, recruiting support, and general team member education.



Works with third-party vendor as needed for employment verifications, and answers questions from former team members.



Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.



Accountable for identifying, prioritizing, or responding to requests and issues resolution using company approved People tools and techniques within established timelines.



Collaborates with others for training, coaching, and counseling in support of the deployment and early adoption of People initiatives being deployed. Ensures communication, training, and adoption of such deployments.



Provides assistance to others, as needed.



Generates and analyzes People reports to identify opportunities/trends and propose action plans.



Requirements



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field



1 year of experience with HCM/HRIS systems (Paylocity)



Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)



Accurate data entry skills. 10-key by touch a plus.



PHR or SPHR certification preferred
