Position is with a leading digital lending platform that focuses on student loan refinancing. Qualified candidates MUST HAVE experience in marketing a credit product ie: consumer financing, credit cards etc.
Work withpaid media teamto plan, design, and build acquisition and retargeting campaigns for paid media
Traffic campaigns & ads across multiple biddable media platforms
Work with internal resources and external agency (when applicable) to consistently develop and test new ad creative
You are a data-driven digital marketer with a track record of success. As a member of the marketing team, you will play an integral role in planning, designing, building, executing, and optimizing biddable paid media campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, Display, Discovery, and YouTube. Youll be part of a team responsible for optimizing campaigns to drive loan volume and help deliver on our mission to help more people save money on their student loans.
Youre happiest deep in the details of campaign management with a keen eye for winning optimization strategies. You are constantly on the lookout and up to speed on the latest paid media marketing trends, and have strong opinions and knowledge of conversion objectives, bid strategies, creative testing, and more.
Analyze data and trends to continually optimize campaigns for efficient ROI and CPAs based on defined KPIs and conversion goals
Take the lead on managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns
Creating and testing new audience targeting
Ideating and executing on CRO strategies
Researching market trends and advertising best practices
Developing and sourcing content for lead generation and retargeting strategies
Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands on the keyboard media buying experience in Google and/or Facebook/Instagram
Experience managing $1m+ annual advertising budgets
Excellent analysis skills and confidence in making data-based recommendations
Strong quantitative skills in spreadsheets - pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and more
Excellent understanding of the channel platforms (Google and/or Facebook/Instagram)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and complete tasks
Financial services and lending experiencea plus
In-house marketing experience, especially in a regulated industry a plus
Advanced quantitative skills (SQL, Python, etc.) & experience working with data warehouse-based analytics a plus
