IT Support Technician - Mobile

Overview:

Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our technical staffing division in Norwell, MA. We are looking for a talented Mobile Support Technician. This is a contract to hire opportunity with benefits. *Onsite* Hours: 7-4PM, or 7:30-4:30



 



Working under general supervision of the Manager, Mobile Technology Support, the technician will provide IT assistance to troubleshoot/handle support calls regarding Phones, Mobile Devices, E-Mail, Password Resets, etc.



 



Candidate will demonstrate the ability to empathize, problem-solve, communicate effectively, and provide exemplary customer experience to the end user. The technician will be a self-starter that is responsible for technical support, procedural advice and request fulfillment via the telephone or work submitted via the web.



 



Job Duties:



 



· Responds to a variety of reported inputs including, phone, web, email, system generated messages, monitoring tools.



· Provides technical and procedural advice, assistance, support and incident/request resolution of client systems, hardware and software. Resolution is delivered via phone, email, or remote assistance.



· Provide iPad, iPhone, communication devices ‘ User support (all users within the company)



· Reviews and updates knowledge articles to assist with the troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems.



· Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems; investigate causes and recommend solutions



· Provides end user L2 Support to be able to handle escalation tickets

· MDM (mobile device management) a + but will train



· Hardware side….supporting 17, 000 IOS devices



· CDC protocols followed
