We are looking to recruit for a strong sales administrator based near St Mellons, car driver preferable due to location.
Main Responsibilities: Ensure the sales pipeline is accurately reported.
Effectively manage customer enquiries / quotation requests Maximise the conversion rate of quotations to orders Track project activity through Key Contracts/Stakeholders and add update.
Update the External Salesperson on all relevant information and /or status changes to the projects and where appropriate, direct contact.
Input new projects and related contacts at the request of the External Salesperson Review registered projects log on a monthly basis with the External Sales Team at the Sales Update Meeting.
Ensure all projects are given a monetary value.
Skills and Attributes: Computer literate Professional telephone manner Desirable Experience or understanding of a sales environment Understanding of profit V cost Previously worked within manufacturing Understand sales process budget/pipeline requirements of a business Company offer a fantastic working environment hours are 8.30-4.30 or 9-5.
