Running Deer School, part of Running Deer CIC are currently looking to recruit SEN Teaching Assistant | Case Workers due to continued expansion.
Join our pupils and friendly team as we look forward to the new academic year this September The role of a Case Workercan be challenging and physically demanding from time to time but is very rewarding.
We provide ongoing training, full support and excellent renumeration.
You will need to be able to work with children and young people who may display aggressive or non-compliant behaviour in a sensitive but firm way, while at all times ensuring that they are kept safe and well.
As a Case Worker you will engage directly with our pupils, delivering high quality learning and therapeutic activities; working on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with our pupils, both outdoors and in the classroom.
