Sales Consulting Professional - I

Job Title: Sales Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: 24 Months

This role will support sales, the Business Solution Store (BuSS) team, the Bill on Behalf of team, and the Mobility Co-Sell Program team. The role will directly engage all BuSS POTS opportunities to support the sales cycle, project manage any large sales opportunities, collaborate on sales funnels and account map to Telecommunication sales to support organic growth, attend calls to evangelize Partner and Telecommunication resale programs, manage system and operational training and provide ongoing support for issue resolution and day-to-day activities supporting the Partner and Telecommunication.

Responsible for Internal and Partner communications

Enrollment in systems, bill label creation, overall onboarding experience

Issue resolution, IT, and billing liaison

Reporting and order/transaction research, Audit BI plans and active IMEI against hardware purchases

Sales support - 100% of transactions

Sales communications and training

Customer meetings

Supports creation of marketing material, marketing liaison,

Strategy sessions for opportunity growth

You can handle tight timelines and you know how to prioritize to get the most important stuff done first.

Youll need to have:

Previous experience managing multiple projects at once with various stakeholders

Supplier performance management experience including reviews.

Advanced proficiency in building leadership PPT presentations (visually telling a story)

Ability to work autonomously with little guidance to drive business needs

Empathetic, collaborative mindset that can navigate/influence a complex matrix organization to solve problems.

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering value and results.

Ability to navigate through complex/matrix organization.

Written and oral communication skills and ability to influence senior leader audiences.

Ability to articulate and simplify complex initiatives in a concise, effective manner to senior leaders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.

Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Presented complex ideas and insights to a variety of audiences.

At least 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or telephony

Knowledge of Telecommunication sales and revenue reporting systems


Shift: 9AM - 5PM EST
