Legal Secretary - Harpenden - £25k Are you an experienced Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant looking for a varied role? About The Company This award winning firm of solicitors with offices in St Albans, Harpenden and Luton are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Harpenden team to provide support to a number of Solicitors across different departments including Residential Conveyancing, Commercial Real Estate and Family.
What will you be doing? Audio transcription, copy typing Preparing and sending email correspondence Accurate maintenance of case management database and up-to-date paper correspondence Opening files, preparing paper correspondence files and drafting letters to clients Support property fee earners with post completion administration Follow internal file closure procedures Administrative tasks; including photocopying, scanning, preparation of court bundles etc.
About you: Previous experience working with legal matters Ability to work accurately under pressure Minimum 50wpm accurate touch typing skills Salary: £25K dependant on experience Hours: 9-5:30 Are you the one we are looking for?
