Product Owner


As a Product Owner, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you.


We are seeking a strong Agile Product Owner to be part of our Agile Transformation the process of transforming our organization's culture and nature to one of agility. Join our team and help us deliver industry-leading products, innovative solutions and software supporting and improving the patient journey to health and specialty medicines. The candidate should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.  This person will be responsible for managing our Product backlog.


Manage and prioritize the team backlog, working with stakeholders to ensure that it accurately reflects current priorities and business value.

Write clear product backlog stories, prioritizing items that best meet overall team and company objectives.

Ensure team is performing in a manner to provide optimized value.

Provide clear and visible communication to all stakeholders.

Work closely with business owners and Subject Matter Experts, along with client community to understand, write user stories and prioritize requirements.

Communicate work and backlog across teams and stakeholders.

Work with scrum dev team to define and groom user stories with acceptance criteria.

Work with scrum team to set sprint goals, plan releases, and technology upgrades.

Provide input refine and define our agile transformation.


In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles as well as experience working with Agile product development cycle.

Strong ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment; highly organized and flexible.

Ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way.

Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to communicate effectively across the organization.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.

Collaborative working style with an ability to be adaptable and interact with a variety of stakeholders and clients.

Ability to be decisive keeping the best interest of our clients throughout the duration of the project lifecycle.

CSPO certification strongly desired but not required.
