Description



Onsite position



PTC Creo - Wanted: Individual with an extensive experience in carrying out the administration, issue troubleshooting and user support activities for the Windchill PDM system and Creo CAD software. Identified resource will work in the close direction of the project's FTE to deliver the task based outputs.



Skills and expertise:



Required:



Day to day end-user support for Windchill PDM & Creo



Manage Creo installs, configurations, templates, troubleshooting etc



Support onboarding new engineers



Experience in Production software implementation environments and the support processes for PTC Windchill and Creo software



Familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) Best Practices



Host regional based Triad license servers, setup and configure license managers and troubleshoot the license related issues for PTC software



Support installation and configuration of Creo software



Support global users with troubleshooting CAD related issues in Creo



Coordinate the issue escalation
