Location: Frederick, MD



6 months with possible extensions



Job Description :



Good understating of Insurance domain and experience on digital transformation.



Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating the product needs with business partners.



Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic .



Represents the business team in prioritizing the features for development, approving user stories, and ensuring clear communication flows back and forth.



Help shape and execute the product strategy that meets the department goals, engage in business case development, and ensure adherence to the Agile Scrum process



Roles and Responsibilities :



Define & communicate the overall vision, objectives, and goals of the articulate the minimum viable product needs



Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.



Represents the team, when needed, to internal/external stakeholders, leaders, and other teams to ensure alignment and understanding progress of the team



Identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign that will allow us to accomplish objectives more quickly and at a higher level of probability



Create, refine, socialize, and prioritize the product backlog and enable delivery of product backlog by presenting backlog to team



Assess value, develops cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.



Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.



Suggest, review, and analyze business solution per digital philosophy and transformation requirements and operational changes



Evaluate operational efficiency and effectiveness.



Interpret results of analysis, present recommendations, alternatives, and implications



Overseeing development stages and support delivery team with feature development



Good understanding of Jira and confluence



Ability to align and motivate a team to achieve objectives



Excellent influencing and negotiation skills



Good communication skill
