Systems Support Specialist

DESCRIPTION:Our Client is seeking a Systems Specialist Level II support person who will be supporting faculty and staff of about 145 people (The students have their own laptops so they will not be supporting them). They currently use HP Laptops running on Windows 7/10 and some Nook. There is a MAC Lab that the candidate may support on campus. This candidate will be performing phone support and deskside support troubleshooting Windows 10 OS, network connections, Active Directory, router/switch, phone systems, and printer issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong Customer-Focus and personality with 2 + years of experience.TOP SKILLS (MUST HAVES):2+ Years of VMware, Windows, Customer service, Active Directory, Support, System Administrator, Network Infrastructure, UCS, and Desktop experience
