About the role:



AdTheorent (AT) is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Manager of Learning & Development (L&D) to join its team. This individual will lead AT’s efforts to train and educate users on the RTB ecosystem and AT’s proprietary demand-side-platform. They will work closely with the Product, Operations, and Technology teams to produce training curriculum for platform users, tutorials on platform updates, and advanced education classes on programmatic best practices. These deliverables will be used drive adoption of the AT platform and be crucial to scaling AdTheorent’s self-service line of business.



Responsibilities Include:



Design and bring to life a comprehensive and scalable L&D program for external users of AdTheorent’s proprietary media buying platform.



Create onboarding materials for new clients to drive user adoption, foster efficient platform usage, and build a foundation for ad campaign success.



Leverage internal subject-matter-experts to formalize training for advanced concepts relevant to AT’s platform, programmatic markets, and the ad-tech industry.



Work with Product team and Technical Writers to design appropriate training materials for features and help drive successful rollout of new solutions.



Collaborate with internal Operations/Client Service teams and observe external clients to Identify learning needs as well as “pain points” and design the curriculum to cultivate the knowledge needed to overcome these obstacles.



Design a system to capture user feedback as well as metrics to assess progress.



Develop a certification program for clients to learn, test, and display knowledge of key AdTheorent and industry topics.



Build, grow, and manage an education team for a new business line and work with internal stakeholders to align L&D programs with business objectives.



Manage content across various channels, including directly accessible written & visual content, video tutorials, and virtual classroom-style presentations.



Identify the most impactful and efficient approaches to evolve the L&D program and remain well-informed on learning concepts.



Requirements



Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience



7+ years in a similar role, experience in tech/SaaS or Digital Advertising highly preferred, experience in education/training required.



Experience building an education program for a technical skill set



Demonstrated track record of creating an education & training vision, crafting it into tangible content and actionable next steps, and driving the roll out of a new program



Knowledge of current learning technologies and willingness to explore new solutions



Commitment to both learning and building a business from the ground up



Ability to create structure while also being flexible and adapting to business demands



Experience working in a client facing role preferred



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics



Ability to balance a longer-term strategic vision with tackling shorter term asks



Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
