Job Description:The revenue Management team is tasked with supporting and enhancing the GTS revenue life cycle through Portfolio Pricing, Bid Pricing and Billing and Pricing maintenance.

Portfolio pricing continuously looks for ways to optimize existing clients pricing and profitability, Bid pricing supports the optimal mix of new client revenue and profit, while billing supports the actual revenue realization as well as onboarding and maintenance of all price points.The Revenue Management team supports the Sales teams across the Large Corporate, Commercial Banking, Business Banking and Public Sector Banking segments globally.

In the current dynamic economic environment, the team performs a critical role in meeting Bank of America’s income targets through identifying Sales opportunities, winning new business, and optimizing pricing.

The Global Head of Revenue Management will lead a team of Treasury Product Managers and Treasury Product pricing specialists to support Product Management and Sales Revenue optimization Strategies globally.

The individual would be responsible for establishing the framework for sizing pricing opportunities, optimizing new revenue and margins on bid pricing, and optimizing/simplifying GTS billing price points and procedures.

Areas of focus for this role would be developing and implementing product pricing strategies, optimizing new product pricing, competitive benchmarking and pricing sensitivity analysis for Corporates, Financial Institutions and Public Sector entities of all sizes, globally.This individual will closely partner with the GTS Sales initiative executive to support the TTR/Fee growth strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance and maintain Bank of America’s Revenue Management InitiativesSupervise day to day functions of the GTS Revenue Management team & set goals and manage performance for team membersUnderstand Sales and Market feedback & translate it to effective & winning pricing strategySupport TTR/Fee growth Initiatives as developed and approved by senior managementREQUIRED SKILLS15 years of Product Management experience preferably Liquidity experience working with Global Multinational CorporationsPrevious experience in a Global Transaction Banking role & knowledge of GTS products globallyPrevious Mgmt experience – directly or through leading complex projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong coaching skills & willingness to learn and adapt to new skillsAbility to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationshipsExceptional attention to detail & good business judgmentComfort interacting with senior colleagues throughout the organizationBachelor’s Degree requiredDESIRED SKILLS Ability to drive large programs (pricing execution, Data analytics, etc.)Posting Date: 08/12/2019 Location: New York, NY, BANK OF AMERICA TOWER, ONE BRYANT PARK, Charlotte, NC, ONE BANK OF AMERICA CENTER, 150 N COLLEGE ST, - United States Travel: Yes, 5% of the time Full / Part-time: Full time Hours Per Week: 40 Shift: 1st shift
