The candidate will have the primary responsibility for managing the CaDD resources in the Americas, as well as overseeing/accountable for complex technology contract negotiations at National Instruments.
In particular, we are looking for someone with experience negotiating contracts with Fortune 100 accounts, as well as Deal Desk experience leading pricing and product mix discussions with high level sales leaders.
The candidate will manage a team that works with the AMERICAS to help drive profitable growth at a reasonable risk profile, based on our business processes.
The CaDD team will be responsible for deal structuring and complex deal controls, pricing and discount controls, and negotiating and structuring our sales contracts.
The team will consist of the Contract Managers and Deal Desk Analysts.
The AMERICAS CaDD Manager will be a combined people leadership and functional accountability role, managing the individuals on the team and supervising the operation of the team as described below.
