Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the Continuing Professional Education files in accordance with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) and supporting the internal Baker Tilly Learning Event Request Process.



 



PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  



Review, track, and file Continuing Professional Education paperwork in accordance with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) standards and Baker Tilly guidelines. Follow up with event managers on missing and/or incomplete paperwork within the required timelines.



Review and process Learning Event Request forms; including, but not limited to:



Creating the event in the Learning Management System



Communicating approvals, denials, and next steps to event managers



Supporting additional correspondence for the event.



Management of registration and renewal for two larger firm association memberships.



Support correspondence in the Learning mailbox.



Qualifications:

Associates degree preferred



1-3 years of related experience required



Continuing Professional Education/Compliance experience a plus



Learning Management System experience a plus



Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred



Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks



Strong customer service skills



Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail



Excellent attention to written and numerical accuracy



Strong problem solving skills



Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint



Desire to work in an independent, fast-paced, multi-tasking role
