About the Job We are currently looking for Change Management Consultant/ITIL Lead.

Position Description: Participate in business requirements gathering and support the solution design through multiple waves of application migrations to the BMC Change tool.
Provide BMC Change application support tasks.
Act as a liaison between Managed Service team in providing user support .
Develop and maintain training documentation that will be used to train the users as more teams transition to the new BMC Change tool.
Lead training sessions for Change Process and usage of BMC Change in global regions .
Provide data analysis and review with Change Management Supervisor/Owner/Champion .
Generate monthly KPI reports and any ad hoc reports requested by customers .
Serve as the Point of Contact for Global BMC Change customers, facilitate enrollments, and provide guidance on the process and procedures.
Produce monthly Change Process Summary Report and provide the analysis on the problem areas to the leadership team.
Engage Service/Functional Managers as necessary and obtain details behind the KPI status .
Provide day-to-day support, recommendations and guidance to teams globally to aid in the successful execution of Change Management Skills Required: IT operations background and knowledge about change management (ITIL) process Experience with applications and/or infrastructure change management .
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working in a global environment Experience Preferred: Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly.
Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint skills.
Quick starter to troubleshoot/resolve incidents and business support items .
Ability to multi-task effectively Education Required: B.S.
