Job Description:
ER Communications and Project Coordinator
As a Communications and Project Coordinator you will provide support to the
Employee Relations (ER) Team with a focus on creating written and visual
communications for internal team, stakeholder and employee audiences and
supporting the implementation of ER Team projects and priorities.
Communications - Copywriting & Design
Produce clear, persuasive and original copy ranging from employee messaging to
employee training and guides. Collaborate on big concept ideas and contribute to the
content strategy process. Advise on strategic communications related to employee
education campaigns, policy and process materials. Develop clear, concise and
persuasive communication materials that are targeted for a particular audience and
maintain the brand or people team voice.
In addition to drafting and editing content, this role will design and format various ER team
communications such as the monthly newsletter, Global ER Team quarterly all-hands
presentations and other related communications needs across the team. Design work
includes (but is not limited to), visual presentations (Google Slides), playbooks, pamphlets, blog posts, training materials (slides, on-boarding, team summits) and other
ER storytelling materials. This role will also create resources for the team's database of
document/slide templates and will help manage updates or revisions to the ER intranet
page (ServiceNow).
Project Coordinator
Coordinate multiple ER team projects and priorities in partnership with project
managers. Assist with the administration and updates of various priorities using the
team s Asana project plans or other project management tools. Collaborate with project
managers to update project plans, share project updates, and help resolve potential
risks/blockers identified by project teams. Share project management tools and best
practices that can be adopted throughout the team. Connect projects or resources
across project teams to drive efficiencies and avoid duplication.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of copywriting, design and content strategy experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong conceptual and storytelling skills and experience writing for varied audiences
Solid project management and organizational skills including ability to prioritize
and multitask
Advanced or highly skilled in project management tools such as Asana
Advanced or highly skilled in G Suite, Adobe or other design software
Bachelor s degree or higher in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism,
HR or related fields
