Due to growth we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our clients rapidly expanding team.
We have offices in London and Basingstoke, although this role will include home working and nationwide travel.

As a New Business Development Manager, you will actively identify, develop, secure and "set-live" the point of sale credit facilities with UK retailers.
Making the best use of your passion and enthusiasm to engage UK B2C businesses, you'll play an integral part in the growth of the business.
It's a complex role and you will need a self-starter attitude and consultative sales skills to navigate.
Requirements Previous field sales experience within UK POS retail credit You will have shown success negotiating and closing deals with long lead-times Demonstrable high-performance sales track record, including where you'll have handled pricing negotiations.
Experience in presenting to small and large groups of clients and key decision-makers Ability to convert a high volume of outbound calls Proven experience in successfully building commercial relationships and delivering against individual KPI targets Ability to engage with different level stakeholders Ability to work across a number of functions and skillets including commercial, strategy, proposition, marketing, risk, operations and technical Proven ability to understand the key commercial drivers of UK POS consumer credit products.
