Job Description Contract length: 6 Months Job Summary: Manage the outsourced Service Desks which are based outside US Responsibilities: Manage staff Follow up on Service Desk CSAT reports Liaise with ITIL process owners as needed Work with vendor to improve services and ensure vendor is delivering the contracted level of performance Requirements: 5 years of experience managing an offshore, outsourced Service Desk Experience with ServiceNow Strong vendor Management skills Global Service Desk experience preferred JVT - provided by Dice
