An exciting opportunity for a Store Manager has arisen in lovely Burton on Trent.
This fashion forward plus size brand are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
As Store Manager your responsibilities will include:
*Effectively managing a team of Sales Assistants and Supervisors
*Driving sales and KPI's - in particular sale vs LY, ATV and IPC - through effective management of staff and customer service
*Ensuring yourself and team are delivering the best customer service at all times and are real brand ambassadors for the store
*Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards
*Analysing sales reports and looking for ways to drive sales commercially
*Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
*Recruitment and training of staff - including coaching, appraisals and disciplinaries
*Ensuring store is running effectively operationally front and back of house
*Managing profit and loss
*Conducting visits with the Area Manager and other head office personnel
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Store Manager, with at least 2 years in a management position in a retail environment. You will be a hands on Manager, full of positivity and the ability to motivate staff. Leading by example, you will be responsible for driving customer service to the highest level to ensure sales and repeat business. You will be all about training and developing your team and love working in a fast paced environment.
Whilst experience in fashion retail is not essential, the successful candidate must be from a retail background with Management experience. An affinity with plus sized fashion is desirable.
