Exciting opportunity to join a leading Facilities & Service provider situated in Acton. My client is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer / Multi-skilled to work a days only based in a large static site in West London The successful candidate will be electrically qualified to City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent, crucially with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance gained through working in a critical environments. This is a temporary or temp to perm role and pays an hourly rate of £17.00 per hour with OT available. He or she will carry out hands on mechanical PPM on the following - Pumps, Motors, BMS system, Air Conditioning - AHU's FCU's, water treatment & building fabric etc
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
City & Guilds, NVQ or Equivalent (Electrical)
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Knowledge of critical plant - AHU, FCU, Pumps, Seals, Water treatment, BMS systems, HVAC
