Description 

      JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails.
  • Management and resolving customer complaints
  • Selling of products and place customer order in the computer system
  • Alert supervisor when there is an absence of information
  • Diagnose customer issues through process of elimination by asking probing questions
  • Analyze customer problems and research solutions
  • Receive inbound customer's calls and email inquiries
  • Provide technical support where necessary

     QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

OND/HND/BSC Degree or equivalent

Ability to handle stressful situation approximately

Minimum of 0-3years work experienced in call centre 

Excellent data entry and typing skills
