JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- collect, count and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping and complete bank transaction.
- Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions,disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
- Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transaction and other activities
- Complete and mail bills, invoices or checks
- Compute,record and proofread data and other information.
- Maintain and update filing,inventory, mailing and database systems, either manually or using a computer
- Open,sort and route incoming mail,answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Deliver messages and run errands
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
OND HND/BSC Degree from any reputable institutions.
Minimum of 0-5 years experienced
- Excellent IT and communication skills and familiar with Microsoft office suite packages
- Good organizational
- Fluent in written and spoken English
