Program Manager (Connected Services)San Francisco, CAProduct ManagementFull-timeAs a Program Manager(Connected Services), you will be part of our emerging Connected Services team that’s building out a new business at Getaround, and reporting to the Head of Special Projects.
This team is building the future of car ownership, starting with on-demand, automated cleaning, and maintenance services for car owners.
You will lead complex inter-disciplinary projects that require you to understand the technical dependencies, plan around internal requirements, and drive projects forward with internal teams(in program management, operations, and business development/partnerships), and external stakeholders.We are looking for an entrepreneurial, innovative individualwho will champion on behalf of Getaround and its car owners, has tremendous sense of ownership, and thrive in solving tough challenging problems.
You will focusing on delivering continuous process improvements and operational excellence, which will be critical for this new business’s rapid expansion.
Your projects often span offices, time zones, partner companies with varying skills and capabilities, and it's your job to keep all stakeholders coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.Primary responsibilities (aka “What you’ll be doing”)Collaborate with various internal teams throughout the entire lifecycle of each project including scoping, forecast, execution, evaluationSupport product management in the rollout of product updates internally and engage external stakeholders for adoptionChallenge the status quo and fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, and continuous learning within Getaround teamsAct as a liaison between Getaround and external stakeholders, and ensuring there is alignment, and guide partner companies into contributing to the program objectivesGather quantitative and qualitative insights from the field through internal and external partners to provide clarity for internal teams, while explaining analyses and actionable recommendations to support Connected Services roadmap.Qualifications (aka “Skills”)Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.2 years of management consulting experience.7 years of work experience in management consulting, software, internet, operations, and/or late stage companies.Proven leader with excellent project management, problem solving/analysis, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvements and drive continuous improvement through solution-oriented thinking.Knowledge of service operations, or logistics operations.Experience in business modeling and structuring strategic analysis using spreadsheets and presentations.Ability to own and juggle multiple work streams simultaneously.Highly detail oriented.Additional AwesomenessUnderstand the push-pull relationship in working with partner companiesPassion for cars and pioneering next-generation transportationAt Getaround, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
