Digital Manager-1912525 Description: The Digital Manager role focuses on supporting the US businesses through digital media planning and optimization across paid digital media, digital content, social media and analytics.

This role will be an integral part of the Digital & Shared Services Center of Excellence, helping to create the group’s strategy and footprint across the organization, while specifically helping to advance the business and communications objectives through a digital lens.

Strong focus and leadership is needed to co-create content with relevant subject matter experts (SMEs) and deploy across the right digital mix with a keen eye on continuous optimization through analytics.

Must have expertise in digital media planning and execution in the context of a multi-channel, data-driven approach.

Duties & Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with the relevant External and Internal Comms, Product PR and Marketing teams to develop digital content that contributes to overall strategy and campaigns.

Provide ongoing counsel on best practices in digital content and channel delivery; develop content that supports overall campaigns and OPU communications objectives.

Assess ongoing performance that provides insight into impact and ongoing optimization.Manage web content and analytics to improve efficiency and performance.

Serve as close extension of the OPU communications and marketing teams to ensure understanding of key milestone and digital publishing dates.

Create editorial calendars with teams to work against timelines for press release and key content publishing, website updates and provide associated analytics reporting.

Have operating knowledge of HTML and Flash platform.Oversee social media execution and measurement analytics to counsel the HP team.

Be intimately familiar with Meltwater and Khoros (formerly SpredFast) platforms (social media monitoring).

Develop results reporting framework and socialize with appropriate stakeholders; provide ongoing information and insights to campaigns and content to drive knowledge around success and challenges of campaigns for future use.Maintain knowledge of corporate CMS platform in collaboration with IT.

Ensure current working understanding of Drupal updates as it relates to the OPU’s web needs.

Be familiar with Adobe Analytics to provide reporting and insights.Align with global digital team to amplify efforts on an ongoing basis and as appropriate.Focus on supporting enterprise-wide digital channels and analytics that inform and engage employees.

Leads vision and execution of MyBI intranet content strategy, editorial implementation and US employee training.

Provides ongoing analysis content performance, and shares reporting with digital Center of Excellence and appropriate OPUs.

Leads and executes e-newsletter generation to support US Communications and HR functions, and drives data analysis to understand content performance and provides reporting.

Implements best practices in employee-facing digital channel delivery and content deployment.

Drives daily SharePoint content management in support of employee-facing digital channels.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution requiredFive to eight (5-8) years of experience with background in healthcare digital communications and marketing, inclusive of social/digital channel managementExperience in developing and executing digital, cross-channel initiatives that drive corporate/business objectives (e.g.

websites, digital paid media, mobile applications, SEO/SEM, etc.)Previous management of digital agencies preferredStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to distill large amounts of data into simple language and action plans required.Experience guiding and integrating digital analytics and driving outcomes based metrics and optimizationPrevious understanding of and/or aptitude to learn web publishing platformAbility to think strategically and execute effectivelySuperior verbal and written communications skills Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize effectivelyCommitted to learning and expanding technical knowledgeDemonstrated analytical and quantitative skills including ability to use data and metrics to develop business cases and inform decision-makingAbility to formulate and clearly communicate data insights to othersCandidate will require a strong working knowledge of current and emerging digital and social channels, platforms and tools to enable effective content and channel management.

The work must balance general market trends with healthcare market realities, and the candidate is expected to actively draw insights from the market.

Must have expertise in employee-focused digital channel execution in the context of a multi-channel, data-driven approach.Must have a strong understanding of how to apply and integrate federal guidelines and requirements, and corporate policies into all strategy and execution.
