Requisition ID394185 Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Provides general administrative support including coordinating meetings and appointments, calendar management, monthly report generation, presentations, event/meeting planning and coordination, invoice tracking, ordering office supplies, file maintenance, catering, etc.
Coordinates domestic and international travel plans and documents as required Maintains organization charts and distribution lists Maintains and updates department SharePoint site Coordinates all logistics for office moves and assists in the onboarding and off-boarding of employees Acts as back-up for other Administrative Assistants, as needed Special projects, as needed Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years Administrative experience Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook and Teams) and SharePoint Strong communication skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both internally and externally in a clear, concise and effective manner Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and team members Ability to plan, balance and multi-task job responsibilities based on business needs; approach work proactively to maintain a high level of accomplishment Punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimum supervision Responds and follows up in prompt and efficient manner Strong interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in SAP, Ariba & PACTs Proficiency with CTREX (travel tool) Ability to interface effectively with all levels of a diverse workforce Event planning exprience Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered.
