This division specialises in the provision of a premium quality range of capital equipment, devices, consumables and managed service solutions for theatre environments across a range of surgical specialities and a rare and exciting opportunity currently exists for a driven, credible and motivational medical sales leader to head up their field-based sales team of six (two RSMs and four field-based sales people) within the UK.
THE ROLE: As National Sales Manager the successful candidate will play a vital role within this division, enjoying a strategic and varied role.
Your sales team will be liaising with a range of theatre and procurement contacts, but typically with consultants, theatre managers, ODPs, nurses, sterile services and purchasing staff.
Due to the senior and specialist nature of the role it is a strong [preference that candidates have a proven track record managing people who have sold into theatre environments.
Full company and product training will be provided and career, development and earning prospects within the division and company as a whole are very attractive.
