Position Summary: This position is responsible for greeting, scheduling and directing patients.
Performs vital patient advocacy role as first line of contact to patients, families, physicians and community.
Serves as a liaison between the patients and the medical support staff, ensuring needs are communicated and met with a high priority on service and quality care.
