Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Inbound/outbound call volume averages 80-120 calls daily for each representative

-Respond to client's questions

-Identify and overcome objections

-Take the client through the contract process

-Maintain client and potential client data bases

-Follow up on initial contacts

-Complete records of telephonic interactions Key Competencies:
