We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can manage their own work load and work to tight deadlines. A candidate who has recent experience of working within a Payroll and HR department would be beneficial but not essential.
You will be working as part of a small HR and Payroll team as well as working on your own initiative, we are looking for a confident & outgoing individual who has a motivated & enthusiastic approach.
Experience & skills required:
High attention to detail & a high level of accuracy.
Approachable & Responsive.
Professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Recent Administration experience required.
Excellent organisation skills.
Monthly and weekly payroll of over 250 employees.
Calculate overtime and bonus.
Co-ordination of interviews, meetings & training.
Assist in the administration of annual benefits and performance bonuses.
Maintains records of sickness & holidays along with any additional related tasks.
What they offer:
£18,000 - £22,000 per annum dependant on experience
08.30am - 17.00pm Monday- Friday
25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
