A Dynamic Derbyshire Electrical Contractor has seen a 400% growth over the past 3 years and is looking to
recruit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager.
The company specialises in electrical installations, refits and repairs across domestic, commercial and
industrial sector. Work content and complexity is diverse and includes but not limited to multiple retailers, hotels,
factory relocations and commercial premises.
The role is ideally suited to a dynamic, experienced and technical individual with estimating, project management and
Mature management skills.
An excellent remuneration package is available for the right individual:
A salary base between £35,00 and £45,000 plus a monthly performance bonus scheme
Fully expensed company vehicle
Opportunity to progress into a senior management (Director) role with the option to obtain equity in this successful company.
As the Electrical Contracts Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Delivery to monthly budget through the team of engineers
Manage and maintain high levels of customer service
Manage and control service quality, delivering multiple projects on time and to budget
Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and subcontractors
Develop and implement key processes to support growth and improve service levels
Development of staff
To apply for this role you must have a:
Electrical qualifications with a strong hands on' background (Including as a minimum NVQ 2 &3, 18th Edition and 2391)
Experience in estimating, supply chain and project management
A leader and motivator of electrical engineers
Good customer facing skills
