RT Consulting have delivered innovative change & transformation to the UK Government, Technology, Financial Services, Defence, Transport and Utilities Sectors for over 30 years.
Due to our continued success across our UK Defence Portfolio, we are looking for multiple Agile Project Managers to join one of our Portsmouth-based Programmes.
As an Agile Project Manager, you will be working directly on client site, liaising with client and project stakeholders and helping to implement long-lasting, sustainable change.
The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for:
Analysing, developing and supporting the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects with an Agile approach.
Supporting planning, monitoring, controlling and reporting of project performance
Supporting the identification of risk and mitigating actions of risk and mitigating actions
Providing 1-1 mentoring and support, group training and best advocation
Running WorkshopsKey experiences we are looking for include:
Knowledge of P3M / PPM
Stakeholder Engagement
Ability to work autonomously
Qualified Scrum Master and Product Owner disciplines and have experience of Sprint, Kanban and other leading Agile practicesDefence industry knowledge and/or experience of mentoring/coaching is required.
Due to the nature of the defence project, the Project Manager will need to be Security Cleared to SC level.
