I am looking for an Apprentice/Entry Level Administrator/Receptionist for my client based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre.
This would suit a recent School/College leaver, or someone looking to break into the Administration sector as this is an amazing opportunity to learn on the job, with clear progression routes and support in place.
You will be determined with a great work ethic and want to further your career and education. This role is based within an Accountancy firm - so someone who may be looking to get into this field this is a great stepping stone. Likewise if you are looking to go down a different route my client is open to this as they want driven and ambitious people!
All general admin duties including filing and faxing
Reception duties - meeting and greeting clients
Making tea's, Coffees and setting up meeting rooms
Booking appointments for Senior members of staff
Dealing with incoming phone calls
Supporting different departments when they require extra help
