Working closely with the sales team, the right candidate will need to demonstrate ambition, the drive to get stuck in and work hard. Producing high quality work and taking ownership of potential issues coming across the desk will be pivotal to supporting all areas of the business.
In return, the role will grow organically for the successful individual and lead to more responsibility and opportunities.

Supporting a busy and proactive sales team with client queries
Taking challenging calls from clients and resolving issues
Order processing through the internal database
Chasing the production and warehouse teams for updates
Proactive calls to lapsed clients
Using Excel to produce quotes

Computer literate and confident on database systems
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve
Excellent communication skills
