Description 

Location: Washington, DC, USJob Number: R0050598 NAVSEA Program AnalystKey Role:Support a Navy program office.

Analyze the development and management of program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to meet the goals and objectives of the program office.

Support the development and review of acquisition documentation.

Assist with developing metrics to monitor progress against programmatic goals, baselines, and objectives, including cost, schedule, performance, and risk.

Coordinate customers and field activities daily and monitor all aspects of program performance against the program management plan.

Prepare and deliver weekly reports, including action item progress and statuses, current issues and corrective actions, and upcoming events.

Facilitate program management reviews (PMRs), including scheduling, capturing action items, and recording minutes during PMRs.Basic Qualifications:-5 years of experience with supporting a program office-Experience with supporting multiple projects and activities simultaneously-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and work independently-Secret clearance-BA or BS degreeAdditional Qualifications:-3-5 years of experience with technical writing and editing in the acquisition, education, publishing, or technical field-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-Possession of excellent learning skillsMA or MS degreeClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.We’re an EOE that empowers our people—no matter their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristic—to fearlessly drive change.LI-AH1, CJ1
