Sales collected from the sales rep will be evaluated for pertinent information.

Question any inappropriate documents via e-mail or telephone and will document each sale with resolution of findings.

Approve daily mutual fund, bond, UIT and CD trades for suitability and will review e-mail to identify issues.

Process original paperwork and forward it to the appropriate internal departments and outside vendors.ResponsibilitiesReview fixed and variable annuities and life insurance for completeness and suitability.Approve daily mutual fund, bond, UIT and CD trades for suitability.Review new accounts for suitability and completeness.Processes paperwork and send it to the appropriate vendors.Review daily email review system (SMARSH) to identify customer complaints, sales practice issues, unapproved advertising/sales literature, and inappropriate content.Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS, etc.) in Management, Finance, or a related field required with Five (5) years of insurance and/or brokerage experience.

Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.Lic/Cert/RegRequired: Series 7 (General Securities Representative License), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), Series 24 (General Securities Principal) required Series 53 (Municipal Securities Principal Examination) required within six (6) monthsPreferred: None preferredNote: This job has multiple levels (i.e.
